The EnOC SM&CR tool has been specifically developed to assist firms in addressing the latest regulatory changes introduced by the FCA in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.

As of the 9th of December 2019, UK firms are required to adopt the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) introduced by the FCA. The Regime aims to increase individual responsibility and improve clarity of responsibilities within firms, which will not only improve how firms are governed, but will also add a new layer of administrative complexity.

EnOC's SM&CR tool works simply and can be set up in just a few minutes by adding the company, department and individuals details. Once the core data is complete, the tool will then generate responsibility maps, basics of statement of responsibilities and annual fit and proper declaration questionnaires.
